Allow Yourself To Feel

Feelings. They are a funny thing….

Trying to remind myself that it’s okay to feel. To feel the good with my whole heart so that I can cherish it. To feel the sad so that I can move through it. To feel the mad so that I can grow stronger from it.

Sometimes I hold back. I am guilty time and time again of not “letting myself” feel. I think everyone has been guilty of this at one point or another. We do this because we fear what feelings bring. However, we need to feel. All of us. To do so, the first step is to allow yourself to feel.

Feel it all.
